why choose us

The law firm and its immigration section was started by attorney Alin D. Cintean. Mr. Cintean was born in Arad, Romania and emigrated to the United States at the age of fourteen. He started by delivering newspapers in the poor areas of Sacramento, California, before going to school each morning. Holding different jobs, he worked his way though high school, college, and law school after which he worked as a prosecutor for many years. During the time he spent as a Deputy District Attorney in Sacramento County, Mr. Cintean was constantly contacted by members of his own ethnic community as well members of many other ethnic communities with legal immigration needs. Due to his employment, he was unable to help most people until January, 2010, when he left the office of the District Attorney and started his own law firm, a partnership with a dear friend and colleague, David W. Bonilla. Together they practice criminal law and immigration law, specializing in marriage visas.
